1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking services with DDS Mobile Detailing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

DDS Mobile Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services including exterior washes, interior cleaning, and full detail packages. Service pricing and availability are confirmed at time of booking via text or call. We reserve the right to decline any service request.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed via text or phone. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing a safe, accessible location for the detail and disclosing any known damage or pre-existing conditions to the vehicle prior to service. DDS Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage not disclosed at the time of service.

5. Payment

Payment terms are communicated at time of booking. We accept cash and digital payment methods as agreed. Payment is expected upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

6. Limitation of Liability

DDS Mobile Detailing will take all reasonable care when servicing your vehicle. In the unlikely event of damage, liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered. We are not liable for consequential damages or losses.
